Beschreibung

• Ensure Workday deployments are properly planned, staffed, and delivered successfully • Communicate and work effectively with customer stakeholders/steering committees, customer project managers, and internal teams to ensure a positive, sustainable result • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget • Identify the risks associated with the project and appropriately escalate project issues to customer team and internal stakeholders • Develop risk mitigation solutions as needed with input from the internal project team and stakeholders • Support the sales cycles by assisting with scoping, project estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) review • Maintain Workday certifications

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5-10 years project/engagement management experience with large enterprise (LE) Workday implementations • Solid understanding of the Workday HCM, Financials, and/or Student product suites • Higher Education industry experience • Experience developing and managing project plans • Ownership and management of large budgets ($10M+) with strong project financial acumen • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills • Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment and ability to motivate project team members • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience • Ability and willingness to travel 25%+
