Beschreibung

• Provide direction and process compliance to Behavioral Health Engagement teams • Participate in Behavioral Health/Medical Ally interviews and recruiting • Oversee onboarding and provide a consistent training process • Identify training and process gaps and provide ongoing staff support and training • Identify efficiency improvements and address key business issues • Develop and monitor departmental and individual performance metrics and establish plans to meet goals and KPIs • Collaborate with QA teams to increase departmental quality • Participate in clinical conferences with vendors and payers to maximize employer and health-plan support services • Support Sales and Account Management with clinical training for clients and vendor partners • Oversee weekly rounds and ensure weekly huddle content accuracy • Perform call assessments and coaching sessions to ensure a consistent participant experience • Complete bi-annual performance reviews with Behavioral Health/Medical Allies and Leads • Participate in leadership duties and service delivery leadership meetings • Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements • Fulfill additional responsibilities assigned to support operational and financial success

🎯 Anforderungen

• Registered Nurse with a BSN or higher, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker • Clinical license in good standing • Experience in a call center and case management • Proper phone skills and etiquette • Clinical setting experience providing direct patient and family support from diagnosis through treatment • Experience communicating medical information to non-medical audiences • Proficient computer and internet navigation skills • Experience working with digital/internet media and interest in exploring new information technology • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask while providing excellent customer service • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving operation • Dedication to high-quality, professional customer service • Enthusiasm and ability to work independently and in a team environment • Must meet Alight’s work authorization requirement without now or future visa sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check if offered employment • Must conduct virtual interviews on video
