Beschreibung

• develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention • collaborate to execute programs that drive business growth and customer advocacy • lead client teams to deliver large, complex communication projects • plan the development of effective multi-media communication and change management campaigns • stay current with communication trends and demonstrate fluency with delivery channels • consult with select clients at the senior HR level • create and nurture client relationships and become a trusted partner • address client needs with creative strategy and technology • help build cohesive, high-impact teams • identify and pursue business development opportunities • create proposals and advance sales initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• exceptional verbal and written communication skills • 10+ years of relevant work experience • higher level of education in a related discipline • compelling communication material writing for a variety of audiences • excellent organizational and project management skills • impressive internal and external communication skills • ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructions • ability to assimilate source materials and input from subject matter experts • software fluency, including the Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat • demonstrated presentation, business development, and selling skills • able to travel (up to 15%)
