Beschreibung

• Lead a cross-functional Scrum team in designing, developing, and delivering key features and enhancements for digital Treasury Management products and solutions. • Oversee the commercial payments backlog and align it with business objectives, customer needs, and the product and technology roadmap. • Work with customers and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements and translate them for engineering. • Define user stories and acceptance criteria and communicate requirements to the development team. • Own, organize, prioritize, and refine the product backlog. • Lead developers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases. • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the Scrum team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and resource requirements. • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Monitor sprint progress, maintain velocity metrics, and adjust priorities to meet goals. • Act as the voice of the customer using feedback, analytics, and insights to prioritize features. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and other teams on go-to-market strategies and user adoption. • Present product updates, plans, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure timely delivery of quality product increments. • Monitor and report KPIs for product initiatives. • Identify and mitigate risks affecting timelines or deliverables. • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate release status. • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or SaaS platforms. • Proven experience managing software development lifecycles in an Agile environment. • Strong understanding of Treasury Management, Cash Management or financial services platforms. • Experience with commercial payment products including ACH, wires and RTP. • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and experience leading Agile teams. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Proficient in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence and ProductBoard. • Proficient in collaboration tools such as Slack and GSuite. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. • Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering solutions that exceed client expectations. • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to lead with sense of urgency. • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting; flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced business environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines and goals. • Exceptional time management skills. • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment. • Experience working for a Treasury Management or Cash Management platform provider is a plus. • Familiarity with bulk payments is a plus.
