Beschreibung

• Provide supervisory leadership, technical guidance, and workload assignment to Enterprise Applications technical staff • Manage support, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise-wide business systems • Provide customer support, implementation planning, upgrades, and support for new business applications • Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of system and application issues involving vendors and clients • Lead, mentor, and train staff on industry best practices and technical skills • Resolve escalated operational issues requiring coordination with other departments • Provide project management support for multiple IT projects • Provide technical and customer support for insurance business applications, including ServiceNow, CRMs, agency management systems, marketing tools, collaboration and automation systems, claims systems, and financial systems • Manage and perform application rollouts and upgrades with vendors, end users, and IT groups • Analyze and define production issues • Identify, manage, and implement system/process improvements and governance • Write and deliver custom reports and administrative documentation • Build and maintain business relationships with staff and management • Collaborate with technical support staff, administrators, developers, and Enterprise Applications staff to ensure application readiness and supportability • Assist with data cleanup activities for conversion purposes • Maintain technical knowledge of enterprise applications and underlying technologies • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for application development and maintenance, including lifecycle strategies, testing, implementation, and post-implementation monitoring • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ten (10) or more years of experience supporting enterprise applications, SaaS applications, business office applications, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience working with teams using an Agile methodology • Insurance industry experience • Experience with ITSM tools, ideally ServiceNow, and support frameworks • Strong knowledge of enterprise application support • Knowledge of cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms • Familiarity with data integration tools, APIs, application governance, and change management • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and systems simultaneously • Leadership skills for planning and prioritizing personnel tasks and projects • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced team and foster teamwork • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
