Beschreibung

• Inspect and test electrical plant and Local Exhaust Ventilation systems in accordance with relevant legislation and standards • Carry out Periodic Inspection & Testing and complete EICRs for industrial and commercial installations, including offices, factories and quarries • Examine LEV plant including fans, ducting, hoods and filtration systems controlling fumes, dust and mists • Produce clear, accurate reports and certification • Identify defects and provide practical, safety-driven recommendations • Build customer relationships and provide technical guidance and support • Ensure activities meet Allianz quality, safety and compliance standards • Manage an autonomous schedule and travel regularly to client sites • Deputise for fellow Engineer Surveyors when required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Up to date knowledge and understanding of all relevant Compliance and Regulatory rules and procedures relating to the Electrical / LEV discipline • Effective short-, medium- and long-term planning to diarise meetings, visits and work allocation • Able to travel effectively within the local allocated work area • Able to process documentation and undertake general administration • Practical background in low voltage wiring installation, inspection or maintenance and fault finding, including factories, houses and shops • Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering • BS7671:2018 (18th Edition), C&G2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent • Awareness of Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems and understanding of COSHH Regulations • UK Driver’s License • Ability to plan and prioritise own workload • Strong customer interaction skills and good oral and written communication skills • Team player able to deputise for fellow Engineer Surveyors when required • Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage is desirable
