Beschreibung

• Manage a regional portfolio of accounting firms, including cold outbound, warm inbound, and active introducers • Move accounting firms through the pipeline to become repeat client introducers • Build trust and credibility using a consultative approach, positioning Allica as the most recommended bank by accountants • Grow Allica’s presence across firms, stakeholders, colleagues, and offices through regional travel and in-person meetings • Introduce the Business Rewards Account and other banking products to accounting firms and their clients • Own the end-to-end onboarding, funding, and account usage journey • Qualify and introduce clients with lending needs, such as commercial mortgages, to appropriate Relationship Managers • Act as the accounting firm’s dedicated point of contact at Allica • Deliver and continuously improve the Accountants Playbook • Run regional activities including lunch and learns, roundtables, and other events • Equip firms with Partnerships Packs, marketing materials, and joint initiatives • Maintain accurate portfolio records in the CRM and track and report pipeline progress • Manage personal objectives and development plan • Collaborate across Allica teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners and customers • Comply with mandatory policies and operational procedures to maintain internal controls

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven track record in B2B sales and account management • Strong understanding of SMEs and the role of professional advisors, particularly accountants • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a track record of earning trust from partners, customers and colleagues • Strong communication and presentation skills for in-person / virtual meetings and events • Confident managing a CRM-based portfolio and reporting on pipeline progress • Commercially minded, balancing new revenue generation with appropriate consideration of risk and reputation • Comfortable working collaboratively with specialist colleagues (e.g. RMs, Marketing) to deliver good outcomes for customers and the business • Applicants must currently reside in the UK; the employer can only accept applicants from the UK • Sponsorship to work in the UK may be required, but not all roles can be supported by UK sponsorship legislation and in most cases applicants must already reside in the UK
