Beschreibung

• Own the Operator product • Drive the product roadmap for operator-facing features, including onboarding, dashboards, reporting, compliance tools, and program management • Make prioritization decisions based on operator needs • Conduct operator interviews, calls, and event meetings • Understand affiliate quality evaluation, multi-brand/multi-geo programs, and compliance across jurisdictions • Track regulatory changes, new market openings, and shifts in operator needs • Partner with Product Marketing on operator positioning • Translate product capabilities into operator-facing messaging, battle cards, and sales enablement materials • Provide domain context for competitive positioning • Work with engineering to ship in a fast-moving, product-led SaaS environment • Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data • Identify AI and automation opportunities for fraud detection, offer optimization, compliance checks, and reporting • Partner with the founding team to ensure AI features solve real problems and ship at quality • Own the delivery cadence and process with engineering

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep understanding of affiliate tracking mechanics, including attribution from click to registration to FTD to recurring • Experience configuring and troubleshooting affiliate postbacks • Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commission models • Experience diagnosing lost conversions, attribution disputes, and mis-tracked deals • Direct, hands-on experience on the iGaming operator side, running or building an operator’s own affiliate program • Understanding of fraud patterns, player economics, and affiliate quality evaluation • 3+ years in Product Management • Strong product discovery skills, customer interviewing, prioritization, and validation before building • Systems- and outcomes-oriented product thinking • Good spoken English skills • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and customers • Experience with AI-powered or data-driven product features is a plus • Familiarity with Affilka, MyAffiliates, Income Access, or NetRefer is a plus • Experience managing or mentoring PMs is a plus
