Beschreibung

• Create comprehensive estimates of damages for first- and third-party material damage claims leading to proper disposition • Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document activities in complex files • Apply policy interpretations across all policy types written by the company • Assist leadership with formal and ad hoc training • Create damage estimates for first- and third-party material damage losses of all severities • Build relationships with internal and external customers • Serve as a peer mentor after mastering processes and obtaining technical expertise • No supervisory duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Candidates with an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and cannot hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants seeking an adjuster role who hold a resident producer license must formally surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Mastery of estimating fundamentals for first- and third-party material damage losses • Mastery of company policy-type interpretations • Technical expertise in material damage claims • Skills in audit management, auto insurance claims, business acumen, business administration, business management, customer centricity, digital literacy, inclusive leadership, learning agility, material damage claims, oral communications, presentations, process consulting, relationship management, results orientation, team mentorship, and training
