Beschreibung

• Run 1–2 Creative Command Centers • Turn narrative strategy into an operation that ships on a reliable cadence • Set the operating rhythm and approval paths • Write and commission briefs • Build and manage a roster of trusted voices • Direct amplification vendors so paid media, creator management, earned media, and production work from one calendar and metric set • Serve as the senior NewWorld person in the room with the client • Make client-facing decisions independently • Coordinate reactive and proactive narrative work across varied subject areas • Direct integrated campaign execution across creators, paid media, earned media, production, and distribution partners

🎯 Anforderungen

• Eight to twelve or more years of experience across creator and influencer strategy, integrated campaign leadership, digital media, cultural and narrative strategy, brand, entertainment production, or rapid response • End-to-end ownership and accountability for outcomes • Experience building a channel or audience from nothing, such as YouTube, TikTok, newsletter, podcast, show, or community • Direct creator or talent management experience • Experience running integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and organic channels • Experience directing outside vendors • Exceptional short-form copywriting skills • Experience serving as the senior person on a client relationship • Judgment to push recommendations or absorb decisions professionally • Ability to stay calm during live moments • Ability to become fluent in new subject areas quickly • Willingness to work full-time over a period of years, not in a contract or fractional engagement • Ability to provide a resume and a note of no more than 400 words responding to the application question
