Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for SAP Accounting Master Data • Ensure the integrity and governance of critical financial structures • Manage and maintain financial master data, including General Ledger accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Global Hierarchies, Validation Tables, and other SAP accounting objects • Align financial data structures with organizational objectives and evolving business needs • Analyze complex accounting, financial, and system-related issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions • Lead and support SAP enhancements, testing efforts, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives • Partner with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to drive process improvements and optimize master data management • Develop and implement controls, standards, and governance processes ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance • Translate complex financial and technical concepts into actionable recommendations • Lead moderately complex projects and initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting capabilities, and enhance operational efficiency • Provide expert guidance and support for accounting system and technology-related issues affecting multiple business areas

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and enterprise financial systems • Experience managing and governing master data within SAP or similar ERP environments • Proven ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • Strong project management, analytical, and critical-thinking skills • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly • Passion for continuous improvement, data quality, and operational excellence • 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial systems, SAP master data, financial reporting, or related disciplines • Experience supporting SAP accounting processes, month-end close activities, testing, and system enhancements • Knowledge of master data governance, internal controls, financial reporting structures, and process optimization • Required to submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
