Beschreibung

• Sell finance and insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals • Explain corporate programs and service capabilities • Overcome customer objections effectively • Service current customers by maintaining rapport and making regular visits • Evaluate customer needs for new opportunities and reply to requests • Identify non-F&I opportunities • Coordinate with the Insurance Specialist to identify new customers, estimate growth volume and qualify prospects • Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships • Maintain current knowledge of competitors, market threats and challenges • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through training • Remain involved in the industry, local area and trade associations • Travel throughout the Chicago North sales market; company vehicle provided

🎯 Anforderungen

• Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, within a one hour drive of Rockford, Elgin or Waukegan, IL • Local travel throughout the surrounding Chicago North sales market • Manager or above in-dealership or auto dealer interfacing experience • Ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers • Well-developed business management, presentation and relationship selling skills • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Problem-solving ability and objective management of conflicting priorities • 3+ years of experience • High school Diploma or GED equivalent
