Beschreibung

• Oversees all aspects of the financial accounting process including general ledger maintenance; journal entry review monthly close; balance sheet reconciliation; financial reporting, and budget variance analysis for all AHS entities • Responsible for hierarchy and scalability in chart of accounts and accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements and has ultimate authority over classification and booking of all transactions • Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies • Assists Controller in coordinating the annual budget process • Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and establishes the proper techniques to discover and prevent fraud through highly structured internal controls

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field of study • Strong and demonstrated working knowledge of GAAP and accounting skills • Highly analytical and ability to evaluate complex accounting and financial data with limited supervision • Self-motivated and proactive team player who works independently and takes ownership of and accountability for assigned tasks • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously • Highly detail oriented
