Beschreibung

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with company goals and target audience • Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to optimise results • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimisation and improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising • Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Local Service Ads, etc. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities • Google Ads certification and/or other relevant certifications are a plus • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is desirable • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
