Beschreibung

• Analyze the product portfolio and the market to identify unfilled niches; • Evaluate and launch new products: formulations, regulatory compliance, pricing models, and product economics; • Manage product lifecycle (roadmap, KPIs, collaboration with R&D, marketing, and sales); • Source and negotiate with manufacturers; oversee quality control and certification processes; • Enter new international markets and adapt products to local regulatory and market requirements.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Chemistry (additional education in Business/Marketing preferred) • Experience with CBD, medical cannabis, nutraceuticals, or wellness products (2–3+ years) • Full product management experience — from concept to post-sales analysis • Knowledge of CBD product formulations and assortments (oils, capsules, cosmetics, beverages) • Practical experience entering international markets and familiarity with regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO, FDA, EMA, Novel Food) • Experience collaborating with manufacturers and certification bodies • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
