Beschreibung

• Serve as the key contact for assigned accounts within a territory • Provide tactical sales direction and communication strategies to defend existing business and gain new business • Implement business and marketing plans for assigned accounts with stakeholders and leadership • Grow assigned territory and share of wallet • Deliver sales goals, including profitable year-over-year growth • Increase business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking • Assist in key business negotiations for new opportunities • Build trusted customer and cross-functional relationships • Support commercialization and onboarding processes • Network with co-packers, machine suppliers, OEMs, and industry associations • Coordinate Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service for validation and customer trials • Manage accounts receivable with assistance from the credit department • Work with Strategic Marketing on unmet customer needs and with leadership on market and segment strategy implementation • Report sales and marketing performance for monthly management reporting • Drive forecast accuracy • Manage account planning, pipeline management, profitability improvements, and churn management in CRM

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree • 1+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably within the packaging industry • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability • Experience with negotiations • Ability to travel domestically & internationally 60% of time • Must be authorized to work in the United States (Amcor verifies identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States)
