Beschreibung

• Serve as the senior technical architect across the pursuit lifecycle within an integrated growth team • Support proposal, capture, and business development activities • Provide end-to-end thought leadership across proposal responses, including technical solution, staffing, implementation schedule, and BOE • Develop technical artifacts, white papers, statements of work, briefings, and proposals • Lead and mentor junior staff responding to RFIs and RFPs • Work with teaming partners to develop technical solutions, integrate partner capabilities, and develop pricing strategies • Explore new approaches and enabling technologies to drive solution innovation and improvements • Contribute proposal-ready content to the Gold Standard database • Capture business and technical requirements and communicate them to audiences with varying technical skill levels • Complete multiple complex tasks independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance • US citizenship required to obtain a Secret clearance • 10+ years of experience in federal contracting solutions development, including technical architect roles or pursuit of complex federal proposals • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field • Proven ability to own one or more sections of a proposal across diverse topics • Experience architecting and implementing solutions in relevant domains, such as mission IT, systems engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and O&M • Proven expertise in AI/ML platforms and tools • Proven ability to write, review, direct, and craft proposal sections regardless of discipline, technology, or requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Background in systems engineering, specifically multidisciplinary systems integration • ITIL or AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred • Topic-specific certifications such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, or project management (e.g., CISSP, PMP) preferred • Master’s degree preferred
