Lumos integriert sich in hunderte von Systemen und positioniert sich als SaaS-Lösung für Unternehmens-Identitäts-/Sicherheitsteams, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf kontinuierlicher Erkennung, Behebung, Generierung von Audits und einer Reduzierung manueller IT-Arbeiten und ständiger Berechtigungen liegt.

Beschreibung

• Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert for Lumos prospects and customers, owning technical responsibilities throughout the sales journey • Architect and deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs) • Develop end-to-end solutions for complex enterprise customers, tying technical requirements to customer business goals • Structure POCs with strong success criteria and own the process through implementation readiness • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive technical and process investments that scale go-to-market teams, grow revenue, improve implementation speed, and support Lumos's customer base • Own Solutions Engineering initiatives, including improving the demo environment, making onboarding more self-service, and enabling the partner channel • Serve as a subject matter expert on Lumos's market and supported use cases • Report internally on market trends, competition, customer success stories, and field issues and challenges

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS company • Experience navigating and leading complex enterprise deal cycles • Experience working in the identity or cybersecurity industry is preferred • Demonstrated success managing the pre-sales process for enterprise customers • Fluency in RESTful APIs and associated tooling such as Postman • Knowledge of database models • Comfort reading Python is a plus • An empathetic and customer-centric approach • Strong desire to work in a high-growth startup environment where resources and processes are actively built out and/or refined • Previous startup experience is preferred • Comfort leveraging AI tooling such as Co-work, Codex, and Cursor in everyday work processes
