Beschreibung

• Maintain organization and distribution of project documents, plan sets, and specifications onsite and in Procore • Assist with inventory control of instrumentation, valves, and equipment • Update inventory logs and document receipt and inspection of materials • Assist onsite Construction Managers with jobsite trailer organization and daily activities • Support project and contractor coordination and scheduling across multiple projects • Assist Site Construction Managers/Project Managers with QA/QC • Enter daily reports and photos in Procore • Process RFIs and follow up on timely responses • Process construction submittals and follow up on review comments • Attend project meetings and create/distribute meeting notes • Gather information and issue change orders to subcontractors and client representatives • Maintain project schedules and communicate with subcontractors • Issue bid packages to vendors and subcontractors • Analyze proposals and support bidder selection • Track vendor and subcontractor progress • Assist with procurement of city, county, and state permits • Assist with budget tracking and planning • Foster positive business relationships with project stakeholders • Travel to project sites to support construction operations as needed • Perform other jobsite duties as required • Provide project status updates and communication to Managers

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School diploma or an equivalent • Minimum of five (5) years project experience in construction projects, preferably related to energy, renewable natural gas, power generation or the industrial area • Advanced computer applications skills, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam • Experience developing project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project • Ability to work as part of a team and act quickly with minimal supervision • Ability to interact and work with multifunctional teams including contractors, engineers, equipment vendors, customers, and regulators • Excellent organization skills and ability to effectively work on multiple projects • Strong verbal, written, computer, and communication skills • Willingness to grow, learn, and develop new skills • Valid driver's license issued by state of residence and in good standing • Procore experience is preferred
