Beschreibung

• Manage workplace operations across multiple sites and ensure consistent facilities management service delivery and adherence to service level agreements • Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors for janitorial, maintenance, repair, and other workplace services • Escalate issues as needed to maintain operational standards • Own work order management processes and KPIs through Corrigo and other workplace management tools • Support workplace projects, change management initiatives, and Future of Work programs • Build relationships with client stakeholders, business units, and VIPs to understand expectations and deliver high customer service • Monitor compliance with health, safety, security, and local regulatory requirements • Identify opportunities to improve operations, optimize budgets, and introduce workplace technologies and best practices • Provide operational updates, reporting, and data insights to leadership and client stakeholders • Work flexibly across client and JLL spaces as needed to support operational continuity and workplace experience goals

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience in workplace management, facilities operations, corporate services, or a related environment • Proven experience managing vendors, work orders, and operational KPIs within fast-paced workplace environments • Strong proficiency with workplace management systems, digital collaboration platforms, and data analytics tools, including Corrigo and Microsoft Teams • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and make sound operational decisions independently • Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness requirements • Ability to adapt within evolving hybrid workplace environments and support organizational change initiatives • Client-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams • Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
