Beschreibung

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Global Transparency team in partnership with the third-party managed services team • Coordinate annual updates to US-related documentation including; State Reporting Methodologies and US Open Payments Assumptions • Coordinate updates to internal and external transparency training and resources • Maintain the Global Transparency Reporting Calendar and Mailbox • Track and report completion of employee and third-party vendor training requirements • Support issue management and escalations related to transparency reporting investigations and inquiries • Serve as an initial point of contact for cross-functional transparency-related requests • Liaise with Amgen's third-party managed services provider and Technical teams • Coordinate activities supporting U.S. Open Payments reporting • Support execution of the Global Transparency roadmap and strategic initiatives.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of relevant experience • Strong understanding of global healthcare transparency requirements and reporting processes • Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed global environment • Demonstrated project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting complex datasets and identifying actionable insights • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence and scalable program solutions.
