Beschreibung

• Define the north star - set the vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for Literacy, PreK-5. • Deliver business impact - set quarterly OKRs for your product area in partnership with the Director. • Participate in planning - own and execute research initiatives, develop product concepts and plans. • Partner with Design - work with Design to create mission-aligned, feasible user experiences. • Partner with Curriculum and Supply Chain - translate pedagogical best practice into engaging product experiences. • Be obsessed with your customers - advocate for users in all phases of product development. • Leverage market intelligence - analyze competitor curriculum offerings. • Own end-to-end product delivery - lead products and teams from ideation to launch.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS, ed tech, or consumer tech environment. • Bachelor’s degree in related field required or combination of education and direct experience. Advanced degree preferred. • Experience with bilingual education and/or English language development education (preferred) • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) • Experience working with supply chain operations and digital platform teams (preferred)
