Beschreibung

• Provide quality customer service and information to corporate and community college client employees/students enrolling in Ancora Training-led programs • Conduct high-volume outbound telephone calls to employees who have inquired about Ancora Training programs • Answer inbound calls and employee questions • Facilitate enrollments and ensure each employee completes all program admissions requirements • Communicate routinely with students throughout enrollment and registration • Share industry-related information with prospective students • Follow up with new students to support their transition to active student status • Contribute to team initiatives and outcomes • Use internal management software to facilitate and track potential student inquiries and enrollments • Attend department meetings, training, and activities • Complete paperwork accurately and on time • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma (GED acceptable) from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education • 1 year of customer service/admissions or related experience, with preference given to direct education-based admissions experience • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated success collaborating with diverse groups of employees and customers • Strong presentation skills • Ability to deliver consistent levels of energy and enthusiasm • Ability to thrive in an observation/coaching style environment • Proactive problem-solving skills • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and work independently • Competent in priority setting • Ability to foster creativity • Strong computer software skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel and industry-related software applications • Associate’s degree in a related area preferred • Experience in a high-volume customer service setting preferred • Experience with CampusVue and/or Velocify software preferred
