Beschreibung

• Lead the commercial strategy for the assigned territory • Build business relationships with key wholesalers and internal partners • Align company and customer objectives • Oversee commercial plan development and Wholesaler Joint Business Plans • Manage pricing strategy development, price-increase sell-in, cents-per-case audits, and forecasting reviews • Manage end-to-end wholesaler planning, performance routines, meetings, trimester planning, and strategy implementation • Oversee sales, share, and financial performance of dedicated main house wholesalers • Provide routine report-outs through Sales Performance Reviews with senior management • Analyze market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify insights and solutions • Build an inspiring vision, develop people, and drive team excellence and future growth • Leverage IRI, CSR, Business Objects, VIPR, RMIS, and other business tools for strategic oversight • Support and manage ad hoc pilot projects • Model ownership, transformation, long-term thinking, effective communication, culture ambassadorship, and people prioritization

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred • 10+ years of Sales and/or Marketing experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry • Thorough knowledge of company products and industry best practices • Ability to understand and develop strategic direction and plans to drive results • Strong leadership skills to develop and engage people and build a high-performance sales team • Strong internal and external customer service and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with employees, customers, and external partners • Ability to thrive in a highly competitive and dynamic work environment • Exceptional time management skills • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented • Ability to influence and negotiate with partners • Preferred knowledge of ABC laws and regulations and marketing and advertising guidelines for promotions • Preferred knowledge of consumer product drivers, including distribution, merchandising, promotion, pricing, and category management • Ability to leverage IRI, CSR, Business Objects, VIPR, and RMIS
