Beschreibung

• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with broader business goals • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria • Engage engineering and internal stakeholders to gather insights, define user stories, and ensure alignment • Collaborate with developers, QE, DevOps, UX, project management, and commercial stakeholders to deliver products that reduce engineering toil, increase quality, and grow market share • Act as Product Owner in sprint planning, estimation, demos, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups • Foster a culture of kaizen and help unblock team issues • Influence and drive change from Alpha-stage deployment through General Availability and product adoption • Leverage data and KPIs for product decisions and improvements • Track new technologies and prototype innovative concepts involving agentic and generative AI

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in an agile software environment • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university • Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing feature releases • Strong agile acumen, ideally in a Scrum environment • Familiarity with software development and technical concepts • Proficiency in agile product management tools such as Jira • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset • Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Curious, lifelong learner and “AI Forward” thinker • Master’s degree would be nice to have
