Beschreibung

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal and external software products across frontend, backend, data, and AI layers • Own the complete product lifecycle, including architecture, observability, reliability, and ongoing maintenance • Build systems that let analysts, operators, and domain experts adapt their own tools without engineering support tickets • Work directly with users to understand processes, co-create solutions, and help them improve solutions independently • Make user-contributed code and workflows safe to run, easy to review, and straightforward to maintain • Design the unified data foundation connecting business systems, operational data, and plant telemetry • Build tested transformation pipelines and a governed semantic layer • Ensure consistent definitions for critical concepts across dashboards, AI assistants, applications, and autonomous agents • Build and enforce access controls for sensitive, proprietary, and counterparty-restricted data • Ensure products, workflows, and AI interfaces respect authorization boundaries • Create AI evaluation systems to identify task failures, tool-calling errors, grounding gaps, security issues, and regressions • Build safeguards for AI systems influencing financial decisions, operational dispatch, or customer commitments • Define architectural patterns, development practices, and technical guardrails across Antora’s software ecosystem • Help shape product vision, data models, AI integration, and business logic • Translate ambiguous user needs into practical solutions and ship reliable production software

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong Python and TypeScript skills • Comfortable working across frontend and backend systems • Experience owning applications end to end, including deployment, observability, reliability, and maintenance • Experience building and deploying LLM-powered systems used by real users • Comfortable with SQL, warehouse modeling, and tools such as dbt or equivalent transformation frameworks • Experience shipping data changes through CI • Proactive focus on data quality, freshness, lineage, and testing • Track record of building with non-engineers • Comfortable pairing, teaching, reviewing pull requests, and helping users become self-sufficient • Ability to communicate product, data, AI, and software engineering considerations clearly • Ability to distinguish meaningful risk controls from unnecessary process • Deep expertise in one or more core areas, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and willingness to learn across the stack • Bonus: Experience building or maintaining semantic layers using dbt or Cube • Bonus: Familiarity with ClickHouse, time-series data, or IoT systems • Bonus: Experience with agent protocols such as MCP or plugin and tool APIs • Bonus: Background in energy, industrial technology, or manufacturing • Bonus: Experience managing AI model usage, performance, and cost governance • Must be US based
