Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET • Build and enhance modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Develop and maintain integrations with laboratories, external service providers, third-party systems, and enterprise platforms • Analyze existing solutions and improve software architecture for maintainability, scalability, performance, and reliability • Support mobile applications through backend capabilities, API integrations, and technical guidance • Collaborate with Product, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders • Participate in modernization initiatives involving microservices, cloud-native services, and distributed architectures • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes while supporting system uptime • Follow engineering best practices including clean code, testing, documentation, secure development, and code reviews

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or similar technical role • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and SQL Server • Solid front-end experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Experience designing, consuming, and maintaining APIs and third-party integrations • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-hosted applications • Strong understanding of software design patterns, scalable application architecture, and distributed systems • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional technical and business teams • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal • Preferred: Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, medical services, laboratory systems, patient management platforms, or other regulated industries • Preferred: Experience with Azure Functions, Docker, Kafka, Entity Framework, Redis, Elasticsearch, OpenShift, or similar technologies • Preferred: Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems • Preferred: Experience supporting mobile applications and backend services for business-critical workflows • Microsoft Azure certification such as AZ-900 or equivalent is a plus • Preferred: Prior experience in fintech, payments, logistics technology, SaaS platforms, or software factory environments • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, organization, time management, prioritization, and customer-focused abilities
