Beschreibung

• Prepare and manage FDOT Driveway Connection Permit applications, including technical documentation and coordination with FDOT reviewers. • Develop Traffic Impact Statements (TIS) for cities and counties throughout Florida. • Conduct operational analyses and traffic modeling using Synchro/SimTraffic, including scenario development and LOS evaluation. • Perform traffic signal design, including plans, timing sheets, and coordination plans in alignment with FDOT and local agency standards. • Prepare technical reports, design documents, and supporting calculations. • Coordinate with clients, project managers, and permitting agencies. • Support multidisciplinary teams on transportation engineering projects.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Florida PE license, or ability to obtain within 6 months. • 3+ years of experience in traffic or transportation engineering. • Valid drivers license and clean driving history. • Sponsorship not available now or in the future. • Proficiency in: Synchro/SimTraffic. • HCS (preferred) • MicroStation or AutoCAD (preferred). • Experience with: FDOT driveway connection permitting. • Traffic Impact Statements for local municipalities. • Traffic signal design.
