Beschreibung

• Partner with the Sr HRIS Manager to develop, maintain, and optimize HR reports and dashboards using Power BI and other data analytics tools • Support day-to-day reporting tasks and ensure data accuracy • Assist in creating actionable insights for stakeholders across the company • Develop HR reports and dashboards primarily in Power BI using data from ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS platforms • Automate reports using Power Automate workflows and other automation tools • Ensure reports are accurate and delivered to stakeholders in a timely manner • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights on turnover, employee engagement, and workforce demographics • Support creation of department-level KPIs • Review reports daily for data integrity issues and alert appropriate department managers • Maintain and update the audit schedule • Perform data validation and integrity checks • Support data governance policies through data audits and validation checks • Maintain HR data accuracy and consistency across platforms • Gather reporting requirements with the HRIS Analytics Manager and HR teams • Provide ad-hoc reports and data, including frequent ad-hoc ADP custom reports • Provide basic support to HR and business users on accessing and interpreting Power BI reports • Assist in developing training materials • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Stay updated on Power BI features and best practices • Adhere to the corporation's by-laws and articles of incorporation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must reside in one of the following states: NY, NJ, PA, TX, GA, NE, CO, WI, SD, IL • 6+ years of Power BI and Power Automate experience, including Power Query, data visualization, and automation • 6+ years of HRIS data experience • SharePoint site design experience • Expert Excel skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy • Good communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams • Experience with HRIS platforms, ADP Workforce Now, recruiting metrics, ticket dashboards, LMS data, and time and attendance data • Strong knowledge of DAX, ETL, and data validation techniques • Proven ability to work independently, troubleshoot reporting issues, and deliver results without continuous guidance • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Data Analytics preferred, OR equivalent experience • Experience with HaloPSA, Relias LMS, or Palantir Dashboards is a plus but not required
