Beschreibung

• Create and lead the analytics strategy for an account • Learn client businesses and understand their media strategies • Shape annual learning agendas, testing plans, analysis roadmaps, and measurement recommendations • Evaluate media effectiveness and tactical performance • Support channel expansion decisions • Deliver clear, concise, actionable insights to clients and internal teams • Identify and address client health, satisfaction, and dissatisfaction issues • Use business intelligence tools, dashboards, reporting environments, and Bliss Point applications • Improve reporting, dashboarding, workflow clarity, and scalable account-level insight delivery • Lead analytical capabilities and solutions including segmentation, campaign evaluations, custom reporting, dashboard logic, and cross-channel performance analysis • Connect data across channels, platforms, and reporting environments • Perform quality control for analysis, reporting, and data visualization • Use SQL and related analytical tools to extract, validate, and interpret data • Collaborate with media, client strategy, and analytics teams • Apply evolving analytics, experimentation, attribution, and performance measurement practices to account strategy • Connect analytics work to Tinuiti’s broader capabilities and integrated ways of working

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics roles • Track record of working with clients and using analytics to support marketing decisions • Experience building or leading learning agendas, testing roadmaps, reporting approaches, and measurement recommendations tied to client goals • Strong working skills in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools • Familiarity with structured data environments such as Snowflake, Redshift, or similar cloud data tools • Strong working proficiency in SQL • Strong understanding of statistics, testing, and analytical methods • Practical experience with R and/or Python preferred • Strong ability to turn complex data into clear, concise, decision-oriented narratives and presentations • Ability to connect measurement and performance insights to business outcomes and client priorities • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides skills • Ability to manage time effectively across clients, stakeholders, and internal initiatives • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively across external and internal teams
