Beschreibung

• Drive the evolution of two flagship solutions serving the Food Equipment Services (FES) industry • Translate company and portfolio strategy into clear product objectives and outcome-driven roadmaps • Lead customer discovery through interviews, research, data analysis, and market assessment • Define value hypotheses and success metrics • Own roadmap outcomes and release strategies • Resolve cross-functional trade-offs related to scope, sequencing, and go-to-market readiness • Identify and validate opportunities where AI improves quoting, pricing, configuration, and design workflows • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to articulate customer and business value • Define and track KPIs related to adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, and equivalent practical experience • 5+ years in product management or equivalent role within software environments • Strong background in B2B SaaS products • Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end, from strategy to delivery and adoption • Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery consistency • Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams, challenge assumptions, and resolve trade-offs • Experience using AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve productivity and decision-making • Deep understanding of agile development practices and iterative product delivery discipline
