Beschreibung

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for Pipe-Flo legacy solutions and next-generation cloud platform • Drive product transition efforts and accelerate customer adoption of the new cloud platform • Conduct customer discovery and market engagement to identify needs, validate opportunities, and inform product decisions • Oversee product delivery and execution across engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality releases • Support commercialization strategies, pricing, packaging, and initiatives aimed at revenue growth and customer retention • Champion AI-powered capabilities and emerging technologies to advance product innovation and improve customer outcomes • Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders • Deliver key roadmap initiatives that create measurable business and customer value • Elevate customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention • Contribute to the launch and growth of the next-generation Pipe-Flo platform

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field • 5+ years of Product Management experience in software, SaaS, or technology-driven environments • Experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and launch • Proven ability to develop and communicate product roadmaps using customer and market data • Hands-on experience working with Agile development teams • Experience with tools such as Jira or Confluence • Familiarity with AI tools, workflows, and strategies to enhance product outcomes • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and prioritization skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills • Analytical problem-solving abilities • Customer-centric approach balancing user value and business outcomes • Adaptability and openness to innovation and emerging technologies
