Beschreibung

• Serve as the lead analytics strategist for at least one analytics engine • Develop and implement innovative analytic methodologies through DBT engines • Partner closely with product and engineering to deliver Arcadia’s analytics roadmap and contribute to product innovation • Lead cross-functional analytic initiatives • Act as an internal and external thought leader—representing Arcadia’s analytic capabilities at customer meetings, industry conferences, and publications • Oversee analytic quality standards and ensure analytic rigor across customer engagements • Guide, mentor, and develop Analysts to build organizational capacity and excellence • Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and reusability in analytic delivery

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, with deep expertise in population health, quality, or value-based care analytics • Demonstrated experience in analytic leadership, strategy, and client advisory roles • Advanced proficiency in SQL and DBT • Experience in data visualization and communication of complex insights to executive audiences • Proven ability to design, manage, and deliver enterprise-level analytic programs • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decisions through data • Experience with AWS data tools, predictive modeling, or machine learning
