Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for clinical products covering charting, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and imaging • Lead cross-functional engineering, design, and go-to-market partners • Conduct customer research with dentists, hygienists, and assistants • Translate clinical workflow pain points into product requirements • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities • Partner with go-to-market teams to launch and market new capabilities • Establish product analytics and success metrics • Collaborate with regulatory affairs on FDA and HIPAA compliance and security requirements • Integrate AI into workflows and evaluate new AI capabilities, including voice and diagnostics • Maintain technical documentation and communicate requirements, milestones, and strategic tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of product management experience • 2+ years of experience at a fast-growing startup • Experience building B2B software that professionals rely on for their core daily work • Experience shipping AI/ML features to production • Experience with healthcare or clinical products is a plus • Experience with software that integrates with hardware is a plus • Voice/speech AI, computer vision, or medical imaging experience is a strong plus • Curiosity about clinician workflows and modern clinical technologies • Dental or clinical background is a bonus • Ability to collaborate and influence engineering, design, and GTM teams • Technical curiosity and analytical proficiency • Regular use of AI and analytics tools • Adaptability, exceptional communication skills, and bias toward action • Ability to work in the United States, as indicated by the U.S. state work-location requirement and H-1B sponsorship question
