Beschreibung

• Serve as a strategic advisor and transformation leader for Oracle HCM Cloud clients • Advise executive stakeholders throughout Oracle HCM Cloud transformation initiatives • Facilitate strategic discovery sessions covering organizational goals, challenges, risks, and opportunities • Guide executive decisions on business transformation, operating model evolution, implementation strategy, and organizational readiness • Define future-state business capabilities and transformation roadmaps • Support or lead executive steering committee discussions and strategic governance meetings • Provide architectural leadership across large-scale, multi-workstream Oracle HCM Cloud programs • Align business strategy, implementation approach, and solution architecture • Evaluate complex requirements and organizational challenges to develop scalable transformation strategies • Partner with Solution Architects on consistent solution design decisions • Identify cross-functional impacts, risks, and dependencies • Develop implementation, adoption, optimization, and transformation roadmaps • Assess organizational maturity and recommend strategies balancing priorities, risk, and resources • Align client roadmaps with Oracle product innovation and industry-leading practices • Lead strategic presales engagements, discovery conversations, presentations, workshops, and client strategy sessions • Define engagement scope, assumptions, estimates, and statements of work • Articulate business value, transformation outcomes, and return on investment • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional transformation initiatives and services • Mentor and coach team members across delivery engagements • Establish architectural standards, implementation best practices, and delivery methodologies • Support practice leadership in developing organizational capabilities and consulting excellence • Contribute reusable assets, frameworks, and strategic delivery approaches

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, including solution architecture and transformational advisory responsibilities • Deep expertise across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules and end-to-end HCM processes • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and implementation programs • Demonstrated success engaging executive stakeholders and facilitating strategic business discussions • Experience defining future-state operating models, implementation strategies, and transformation roadmaps • Strong presales, discovery, and client advisory experience • Ability to lead multiple workstreams and influence decisions across complex organizations • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills • Bachelor's degree • Candidates must be based in the United States or Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for required business purposes • No U.S. work visa sponsorship, including TN or L-1 status, is available where sponsorship is required • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications across multiple modules (preferred) • Experience leading global or highly complex enterprise HCM transformations (preferred) • Track record of mentoring Solution Architects and delivery teams (preferred) • Experience supporting business development and strategic sales pursuits (preferred) • Consulting experience spanning solution delivery and executive advisory services (preferred)
