Beschreibung

• Strategically design and deploy Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions aligned with customer needs and business outcomes • Understand complex business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements • Define solution strategies and lead project teams through successful implementation • Work with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with customer goals and organizational capabilities • Support pre-sales efforts and business development initiatives • Provide technical guidance to customers as a subject matter expert • Lead customer teams and foster cross-department collaboration throughout the solution lifecycle • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external clients • Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams during project execution • Design PLM solution strategies, including system architecture, hardware, and software components • Identify and analyze customer challenges and develop scalable technical solutions • Collaborate with sales, business development, and technology teams on proposed solutions • Lead data mapping and migration activities between systems • Document data mapping structures, transformation rules, migration strategies, and technical details • Train and support stakeholders working with data in the new system • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to project teams and stakeholders • Improve processes and technical standards • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and process refinement • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Engineering • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required; 10+ years preferred in a similar Solution Architect or technical consulting role • Proven experience with PLM solutions, including infrastructure design (hardware, software, networking) and data management • Hands-on experience with PTC technologies, including Windchill, ThingWorx, and Creo • Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, PHP, RESTful APIs, C, C++, and SQL • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and user-friendly interface implementation • Preferred experience with ERP connectors and enterprise-system integration • Experience with Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Understanding of database concepts, data modeling, data connectivity, and data shaping • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to remain effective and composed under pressure and in time-sensitive situations • High degree of collaboration and accountability • Must currently reside in the United States of America • Must be able to comply with federal contractor requirements • Ability to work remotely
