Beschreibung

• Implement Microsoft 365 workloads, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Viva • Provide customers and partners guidance on Microsoft 365 deployment best practices • Migrate and deploy multiple Microsoft 365 workloads using SHI standards and best practices • Analyze and collect environment discovery data using company-developed tools and discovery scripts • Build and update documentation on customer Microsoft 365 environments and integrations • Assist Solutions Architects with Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and consolidations • Consult with customers on Microsoft 365 technology and ideas • Assist delivery teams with project tasks and accountability for project outcomes • Document best practices, lessons learned, and delivery guidance • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and close opportunities through discovery and scoping meetings and presentations • Lead development of Statements of Work in alignment with client needs and business objectives • Drive professional-services revenue growth by identifying opportunities and optimizing service offerings • Collaborate with stakeholder partner teams to create synergistic service solutions • Engage sales teams and customer success managers to align service delivery and client engagement • Contribute to practice development, innovation initiatives, and practice standards • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to support satisfaction and retention • Provide service-delivery expertise, thought leadership, and technology guidance • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements • Oversee evaluation and selection of hardware, software, and technology standards • Recommend architecture, new partners, and solution components; drive retirement of legacy technologies • Stay current with new technologies and frameworks

🎯 Anforderungen

• Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering • 5+ years of technical experience with increasing responsibility • 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology • 3+ years of experience working with and migrating Microsoft Collaboration technology • 3+ years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment • Proficiency in overseeing and directing projects to completion — Intermediate • Ability to identify, document, and manage technical project needs and specifications — Intermediate • Ability to define, design, build, and maintain robust systems and solutions — Intermediate • Ability to write, debug, and maintain code in scripting and programming languages — Intermediate • Ability to manage infrastructure components including firewalls, load balancers, hypervisors, storage, monitoring, and security — Intermediate • Ability to develop detailed Statements of Work and drive revenue growth through professional services engagements — Intermediate • Extensive experience working on large-scale IT projects related to design, deployment, and configuration — Intermediate • Willingness to travel occasionally
