Beschreibung

• Own and optimize the front-end product experience to increase conversion rates and user engagement • Drive improvements in user onboarding and application flows • Analyze user feedback and data to improve product performance and conversion • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs, user expectations, and product goals • Develop initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention through organic growth and return on spend • Build a strategy to optimize the B2B2C product journey across business and consumer touchpoints • Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams on product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Clarify, triage, and prioritize bugs with product and engineering • Assess risk and develop solutions to remove roadmap obstacles • Use AI tools to think, build, and ship faster

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience in a technically focused product management role • Experience building products that shipped to market • Strong technical background; Computer Science or software engineering experience would be great • Must have experience writing SQL and synthesizing data independently • Experience managing a consumer-facing app or product focused on front-end conversion rate optimization • Proven ability to grow key user metrics through onboarding or user-flow initiatives • Expertise managing product experiences for D2C or B2B2C models • Familiarity with identifying conversion barriers and making data-driven decisions • Ability to navigate B2B2C complexities and balance business-partner and end-user needs • Strong understanding of CAC, conversion rate, and ROI, with experience avoiding excessive reliance on paid ad spend • Instinctive use of AI tools to accelerate work
