Beschreibung

• Create communications products that engage stakeholder audiences, such as case studies, infographics, promotional materials, and briefing decks • Revise and provide content that delivers consistent key messages across appropriate channels, aligned to branding, messaging, and digital/social media strategies (news and impact stories, brochures, fact sheets, talking points, presentations, and web copy) • Market capabilities to existing and potential users and help create, manage, and implement the product marketing strategy • Support the annual Product Marketing Strategy deliverable • Support change management by helping create and maintain a change management process, evaluating communication methods for process-improvement opportunities, and identifying and mitigating risks associated with proposed changes • Provide communications and marketing inputs to the Analysis of Alternatives report upon Government request • Participate in meetings to discuss and prioritize new communications activities and plans • Contribute to the Communications Plan and Communications Dashboard metrics

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 7 years of strategic communications and product marketing experience • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field • Federal client experience strongly preferred • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) • Demonstrated change management experience • Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government • Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/public trust determination • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
