Beschreibung

• Lead the global master production planning process across short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons • Drive the Supply Review process within the SIOP cycle, identifying risks, constraints, trade-offs, and mitigation plans • Develop constrained and unconstrained supply plans that balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory objectives • Partner closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure material availability and operational alignment • Use scenario modelling and analytics to evaluate options, support decision-making, and optimize service, cost, and working capital performance • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize planning processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and business outcomes • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Chain Planning professionals while fostering collaboration and accountability • Support new product introductions and product lifecycle transitions, ensuring supply chain readiness and successful execution.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • Strong experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment, including supply planning, capacity management, and S&OP/SIOP processes • Deep knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred, and advanced proficiency in Excel and planning analytics tools • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working in global, cross-functional environments • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence.
