Beschreibung

• Lead a team responsible for delivering analytics and insights that support client and program performance • Oversee the development of high-quality reporting, analysis, and recommendations • Ensure the timely delivery of accurate, actionable insights while fostering strong client relationships and operational excellence • Support the development of team members, drive process improvements, and contribute to the continued evolution of reporting and analytics capabilities • Execute analytics strategies that support client and organizational objectives while driving measurable program impact • Support the development and continuous improvement of analytics frameworks, reporting standards, and operational processes • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, workflows, and service delivery to enhance team efficiency and client value • Translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Insights professionals, providing ongoing performance feedback and career development support • Serve as a primary analytics partner for assigned clients, providing consultative insights and recommendations • Collaborate with Operations, Client Services, IT, and other internal teams to support client initiatives and operational improvements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred • 4–7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical services, healthcare analytics, patient services, or a related field • Previous experience leading projects or supervising analytical teams preferred • SQL experience preferred • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or patient support services preferred • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams • Experience presenting analytical findings to clients or internal leadership • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Office-based position requiring the ability to sit for extended periods • Occasional travel may be required • Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy
