Beschreibung

• Partner with complex enterprise customers to transform how work gets done • Own a portfolio of strategic customers and deliver discovery, workflow consultation, change management, strategic enablement, and scalable education • Accelerate product adoption and measurable business outcomes • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Services to understand priorities and diagnose adoption barriers • Recommend strategies for workflow adoption and AI-enabled ways of working • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal partners • Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery and planning through delivery, measurement, and follow-through • Translate Asana and AI capabilities into practical, scalable use cases • Guide people, process, and behavior change • Design and facilitate workflow consultations, strategic workshops, enablement programs, and executive conversations • Use adoption, engagement, and efficacy data to measure impact and optimize customer plans • Identify risks, expansion opportunities, and new use cases • Partner with account teams on retention, expansion, and long-term customer value • Contribute to repeatable approaches and improvements across Asana's Customer Enablement practice

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, strategic consulting, implementation, change management, professional services, or a related customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS • Experience independently leading complex enterprise customer engagements involving discovery, consultation, facilitation, and enablement • Strong consultative skills, including root-cause analysis, synthesis of complex information, constructive challenge, and action planning • Experience engaging and influencing senior and executive stakeholders • Excellent facilitation and communication skills • Strong project and portfolio management skills • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of adoption, customer value, retention, expansion, and organizational change • Strong product and technical curiosity, with ability to learn new technology and translate AI and workflow capabilities into customer use cases • Data-informed and outcomes-oriented approach using customer signals and metrics • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and improve programs, processes, playbooks, or customer strategy • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with strong judgment, prioritization, and ownership • Collaborative approach, including mentoring others and sharing expertise
