Beschreibung

• Build and expand a global supplier network for aircraft components, rotables, engines, and aviation inventory • Source and secure competitive inventory for the sales team • Develop long-term relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, teardown companies, and aviation suppliers • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and purchasing terms • Respond quickly to sourcing requests and urgent market demands • Track market trends, availability, shortages, and excess inventory opportunities • Work closely with sales teams to support customer RFQs and close deals • Maintain accurate supplier and inventory records within internal systems • Identify new sourcing opportunities and strategic vendor partnerships globally

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous experience in aviation sourcing, procurement, or vendor management • Strong existing network within the aviation aftermarket industry • Knowledge of aircraft components, rotables, engines, and aviation supply chains • Ability to negotiate effectively in a fast-paced trading environment • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-driven and highly proactive mindset • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Experience working with airlines, MROs, OEMs, or aviation distributors is highly preferred
