Beschreibung

• Lead Day 1 to Day 3 fundamentals training and oversee the complete 17-day training lifecycle • Manage trainee progress and make final readiness decisions at the Day 3, Day 10, and Day 17 checkpoints • Ensure training delivery, assessments, and readiness standards align with ABS KPIs, non-negotiables, SOPs, and client expectations • Coach and support trainers and trainees • Address performance or behavioral concerns and document required interventions • Endorse client-ready virtual professionals to Client Success for onboarding • Coordinate replacement endorsements with Client Relations • Recommend retraining, continued development, or training termination when standards are not met • Provide post-go-live coaching, emergency retraining, client-specific crash training, and support for escalated performance concerns • Maintain and improve training materials, role-based checklists, assessments, and SOPs • Prepare weekly KPI reports, readiness and endorsement lists, replacement analyses, and consolidated management updates • Partner with HR, Operations, Client Success, and Client Relations to strengthen trainee readiness and workforce availability

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field • At least three years of experience in training, learning and development, quality, operations, or a related people-development function • Experience managing end-to-end training programs, structured onboarding, and trainee readiness • Strong knowledge of performance evaluation, coaching, retraining, facilitation, and written communication • Skilled in addressing performance concerns, managing escalations, and making objective readiness decisions using assessments, documented observations, KPIs, and established standards • Strong organization, collaboration, reporting, SOP development, and leadership skills • Reliable computer • Stable internet connection • Backup connectivity • Professional remote workspace • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools is a nice-to-have • ClickUp experience is an advantage • Experience in home care, healthcare staffing, business process outsourcing, or virtual workforce training is an advantage • Familiarity with AxisCare, WellSky, or similar home care platforms is helpful but not required
