Beschreibung

• Negotiate, review, manage, and track customer and vendor agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and amendments • Maintain contract records and reporting through CLM systems and DocuSign • Support contract negotiations and update templates and playbooks • Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review and provide guidance on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, policies, and questions • Serve as a key contact for commercial agreements, order forms, and amendments for the commercial legal team • Support evaluation, implementation, and ongoing use of new tools and products • Assist with corporate and IP filings, including maintaining records for U.S. and international subsidiaries • Participate in special projects including corporate diligence, litigation matters, and compliance rollouts • Collaborate with colleagues around the world to enable growth and manage risk across numerous jurisdictions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience as a contract manager or paralegal; in-house experience at a tech or SaaS company preferred • Experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations with complex legal requests • Strong understanding of contract management and corporate governance • Experience supporting international entities and global teams • Familiarity with SaaS/AI contracting considerations is a plus • Proficiency with CLM tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, DocuSign, or similar systems • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Comfortable working independently in a distributed, high-trust environment • Curiosity and willingness to learn the nuances of AI/SaaS contracting
