Beschreibung

• Provide leadership and management within the CANE region, covering Ontario, Quebec, and the Northeast United States • Lead sales activity across all sales channels, including independent manufacturing representative firms • Oversee operational performance of the factory field location within the assigned region • Establish annual sales and profit forecasts aligned with growth plans and corporate objectives • Establish operating budgets for factory district sales and service operations • Work with the representative organization to communicate and achieve sales objectives • Evaluate representative performance, product-line sales balance, and market-share growth • Develop and lead strategies for operational excellence and growth in factory sales, service, and parts • Lead factory sales and service leadership in executing business plans and meeting growth and financial objectives • Provide sales management leadership and guidance at regional and district levels • Coordinate relationships between representatives and factory sales and service organizations • Lead, direct, and coordinate owner and national account sales efforts within the region • Coordinate with support groups to ensure appropriate resources are available • Communicate market and industry trends to corporate functions, including pricing, quality, product needs, training, and compensation • Evaluate direct reports and provide coaching • Assist with recruitment activities as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) • 12+ years of relevant leadership experience in HVAC equipment sales, service, or related industries • 8+ years of people leadership experience • Proven leadership track record of organizational success • Ability to build trust, develop people, and achieve results • Full P&L management background • Ability to balance strategy, operations, and financial performance • Ability to travel 50% of the time • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
