Beschreibung

• Process back-office transactions for savings plans, including investment services, enrollments, and distributions • Ensure timely and accurate investment of contributions and loading of participant census information • Analyze and resolve census irregularities, investment delays, outstanding balances, and client issues • Process and quality-check participant enrollments and distribution transactions, including loans, terminations, and hardships • Reconcile trust accounts, 1099 records, payouts, and distribution discrepancies • Coordinate with service teams, clients, brokers, trustees, partner organizations, trust companies, and internal departments • Ensure timely production and distribution of 1099-Rs, RMDs, and other cyclical distribution events • Reinvest uncashed or voided distribution checks and resolve trust excesses • Provide customer service, respond to correspondence, research requests, and meet partner service-level goals • Participate in audits and cyclical events, document procedures and workflows, and recommend process improvements • Collaborate with teammates, provide mentoring and training as needed, and assist with other tasks and projects • Protect confidential data and adopt emerging technologies, platforms, and evolving practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or equivalent work experience • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio • Familiarity with Access preferred • Basic understanding of assigned operational tasks • Ability to clearly articulate and document actions taken or necessary • Ability to solve defined process problems using resources and procedures • Ability to identify and escalate conflicts • Ability to make participant- or plan-level transaction decisions based on precedent • Ability to manage assigned tasks, follow predefined schedules, and meet task-specific objectives • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal/external business units • Ability to protect, secure, and properly handle confidential data • No to minimal ERISA or job-specific technical knowledge required
