Beschreibung

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for assigned retirement products, features, and capabilities • Serve as a subject matter expert on existing capabilities, competitive positioning, and market dynamics • Clearly articulate product objectives and define the path to achieving them • Lead roadmap development with design, technology, and scrum teams • Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate the roadmap into compelling external messaging • Identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and growth • Define and own an end-to-end view of the customer experience • Partner with UX/design teams to plan customer engagement and gather actionable feedback • Oversee customer research to inform product requirements and priorities • Identify and resolve key customer pain points • Maximize product value across the business and manage success metrics • Drive product adoption across the client base • Create and enhance internal and external product documentation • Develop data-driven, outcomes-based roadmaps with Product Owners and scrum teams • Translate customer insights, business needs, and desired outcomes into prioritized, actionable roadmaps • Ensure alignment between vision, execution, and measurable results

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–7+ years of product management experience in Retirement or Financial Services • Experience delivering digital experiences across web, mobile, and cross-channel platforms • Deep understanding of the retirement industry and competitive landscape • Proven ability to define a compelling product vision with clear success metrics • Experience owning and driving product roadmaps using Agile methodologies • Strong leadership skills, including people management and influence without authority • Ability to deliver results with limited oversight • Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership abilities • Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, and manage competing demands • Self-motivated with high integrity and professional ethics • Adaptable, resilient, and decisive • Energetic, committed, and results-oriented • Willing to roll up sleeves and execute • Proactive, resourceful, and flexible • Ascensus does not provide visa sponsorship now or in the future and does not hire candidates working under OPT
