Beschreibung

• Serve as a post-sales technical subject matter expert on complex product integrations, including enterprise IAM, workplace integrations, and custom APIs • Lead customer-facing technical engagements, discovery sessions, best-practice consulting, and hands-on technical workflow configuration • Collaborate with Product to surface technical pain points and stay informed about product capabilities • Enable Technical Support to focus on break/fix issues by designing and launching configurations upstream with customers • Execute solutions explored in pre-sales conversations • Translate technical insights and one-off solutions into documentation, playbooks, tooling, or enablement content • Provide technical guidance and configuration support during implementation and post-live optimization • Help expand customer offerings and open new Professional Services revenue streams • Collaborate with implementation and customer success workstreams • Document and scale custom solutions for other customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Technical generalist able to work deeply with M365 and Google Workspace configurations and API-driven custom integrations • Prior experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Technical Implementation Specialist, or Product Manager working with a complex SaaS product • Ability to explain complex concepts to Talent Acquisition stakeholders, technical administrators, and executive decision-makers • Comfort with live customer interaction and real-time problem solving • Resourceful and self-directed in ambiguous, emerging areas • Ability to work across multiple feature sets rather than a narrow technical domain • Experience integrating tools listed under Ashby’s Integrations knowledge base • Technical certifications relevant to identity, workplace platforms, or integrations are addressed in the application form
