Beschreibung

• Collaborate and build strong relationships with Procurement, Facilities, Fleet, and key internal and external vendors and stakeholders to provide strategic oversight of the Animal Relocation fleet. • Ensure the continuous availability and operational readiness of the fleet to facilitate the seamless, nationwide humane transport of animals. • Execute comprehensive asset and inventory management, overseeing appropriate equipment selection, procurement, and optimal stocking levels across all six waystations/storage facilities and the Irving Park Warehouse. • Support direct reports by holding regular effective feedback conversations, career conversations, annual performance evaluations and ongoing check-in conversations with each team member on a cadence that’s appropriate for their role.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 6 years overall professional experience required • 2 years’ professional experience in vehicle management and maintenance required; experience in fleet management strongly preferred • Experience managing staff required • Ability to quickly, calmly, and efficiently adjust to changes in direction and re-prioritize work. • Comfort and experience with learning new technology on a regular basis, required • Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word), required; experience with Airtable, Excel, or a similar database program, required; proficiency with Airtable strongly preferred • Fear Free® certified, or within 60 days of employment.
